Microsoft Word 9 (?)

I thought I viewed a product labeled "Microsoft Word 9" (maybe Works 9). I was browsing on a Windows 7 information site. When I clicked on "buy now" it took me to amazom.com and it listed this product for $39.95. It appeared to be word processor software. To expedite obtaining this item, I  tried several retail stores (Staples $ Comp USA) neither had any knowledge of this product. When I tried to "backtrack" I couldn't locate any reference to "Word 9". I retried amazom.com and the site were I read about it. Anybody familiar with this product? Help!
