Maybe the battery is dead. If it uses a rechargeable battery, make sure its charged up. If its using Bluetooth, turn off Bluetooth, turn off the mouse. Restart the computer, turn on the Bluetooth (or connect the Bluetooth dongle if you are using that), then turn on the mouse.

I've re-installed the mouse several times, the computer settings indicate connection but the cursor doesn't move. Any suggestions??
