Downloaded and instaleld the office suite sp3 patch tonite and since then my pc has died

Each time i reboot it fails to reboot, i have to do compelte repair

i cannot do system restore as all my DAILY restore points where deleted during the update

every time i get to windows i get constant XYZ applciations fail to start because windows closed it down, and no known issues when i search the DB

WTF is going on

to make matters worse my OEM is now showing as ~NOT GENIUNE which is funny as its a acer laptop with OEM installed...... and even when i do a proporties on my computer the operating system shows as activated..?????

THIS PC worked fine up too an including the reboot after the patch install i can assure you that it worked fine

Op system Vista home premium SP 2

I used to run AVG free but since patch this no longer start ups.

After it completes, click "Copy" on the Utility's main page which copies a report to the clipboard.

Come back here, create at reply, place the cursor in the reply text entry window, right click and choose paste, which will copy the report into the window. Post the report.
