    Here you go --> http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?os=WW1&catid=-1&dateid=-1&impid=-1&osl=EN&typeid=-1&formatid=-1&servicetag=CRQKK4J&SystemID=PLX_760&hidos=WLH&hidlang=en&TabIndex=&scanSupported=False&scanConsent=False

    At that link are 18 drivers and assorted applications that allegedly apply to your specific computer.  Read the directions.

    In particular, read the 4 articles linked at the top of this page, especially "In what order should the drivers on my desktop or laptop be installed after reinstalling Windows?" --> http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/downloads/en/drivers_help?c=us&cs=04&l=en&s=gen

    Dell download site only will work if you our using your Dell computer . If it was working he wouldn't be asking about needing drivers to complet his setup of Windows. Jon

    Absolute nonsense.

    The automated scanner ("Analyze System for Updates") obviously won't be able to detect a Dell Service Tag if you don't have a Dell computer, but anyone can download files from Dell support, and in the case of the OP 2 and a half years ago, there was no need to scan for the Service Tag because the OP had read it off the label.

    dell optiplex 760 service tag : crqkk4j

    it came with windows vista but i dont like that so i used my windows xp disk from boot menu and over wrote it, then it showed many cautions in device manager video controller etc etc i have sorted the ethernet controller out but i cannot get the video controller drivers, i looked on dell support site but it keeps giving me a device manager to download and when i try to boot that up it fails saying not all the right files were there, i downloaded again and got the same message therefore at present i can get online but not online gaming. also the computer will not recognise new software as i have an external graphics card but cannot install it

    Try once more in English, please.  Includeyour Dell Service Tag in your response.
