Hi,
I am running WIN7 32bit OS.
I need to install .net 1.1 to run the tool which designed based on .net1.1. Even it have .Net F3.5 already, but its not properly working.
any solutions?

If the program is using .NET Framework 1.1.........then, it has to be a Windows 95 program.
And, you're trying to get it to work in a Windows 7 operating system..

It (whatever that program is) is not MEANT for Windows 7.
That's why it is NOT working!
