How do I get my taskbar back on the bottom? I loaded google chrome and it ended up on the right side. HELP

I changed my browser to Google Chrome and somehow my taskbar moved from the bottom to the side and it is driving me crazy!!!! How do I get it back to the bottom of the page?

Right clisk at the taskbar > make sure there is no check mark at " Lock the taskbar " > if yes, uncheck it.

Rest your cursor iNSIDE the taskbar > left click and HOLD > drag the taskbar towards the bottom. It might take a few tries to achieve that.

When the taskbar is back at the bottom, make sure you lock it.

Sorry guess I'm having a brain fart cause this in not working. I won't go down there and it's not lock either. arrrrrrr. Not computer literate as you can tell.

I DO NOT HAVE THE TASK BAR ON THE FRONT, NOR DO I HAVE  THE cHROME INFORMATION ON THE DESK TOP.

I did get  it to the bottom after a few tries, it's all out of wack though. There is a quick launch, not sure how to get everything back, but I will try. Any suggestions are more than welcomed!
