Is it possible in anyway to have the inf or sys files of the drivers vx-800 and force win 7 to install them manually ?

I recently brought a Lifecam VX-800 it doesnt come with a driver/sofware disc its ment to be plug and play , so i plugged it in it searches for a driver and loads it but the driver is not the one for my device instead of loading a Lifecam driver it loads vimicro usb 2.0 venus pc camera and will not work on my system all prgrames that use a cam wont detect it ie MSN Messanger/Skype ect. So i uninstalled every driver i had to do with webcams in case of conflict and it still loads this driver and wont work n the officiel website of Microsoft for this product, , there are no VX-800 drivers, but only the manuals. Can anyone please help us? The webcam is recognized as Vimicro usb webcam (venus) ...?.
I also followed the instructions proposed on support.microsoft, but after following all steps, the problem remains the same.

I have had the same problems with this camera. The 'help' provided by the 'experts' is hopeless. Have they actually looked at the links they are providing? For such a basic piece of kit they have managed to find a way to make it complicated and not fit for purpose.
Come on Microsoft, you've got our money, now sort it out!
I'd just like to mention I bought this webcam today, only to plug it in and suffer exactly the same problem. It's surprising how little useful help has been made available on the issue by tech support so far. Providing inf/sys files so we can fix it ourselves would be very handy...
