I want to create a zip folder to email jpgs and I can't because the computer says that I have used unacceptable characters in the files or folder name. I have removed all numbers and symbols from the interior file names and the folder name. It still gives me an error message. What do I do? Thanks.

    What happens if you try to create one without naming it?

    ie..right click on desktop->New->WinZip File

    Does it give you the same error even with the default name? If not, if you change the name after creating the zip file, does it give you the same error?
