    Hello,

    1. When do you get this error message?
    2. Were there any changes (hardware or software) made to the computer prior to the issue?

Perform the steps mentioned below and see if the issue persists.

a: Go to menu Startand select Run.

b:Type the following command and press Ok: services.msc

c:Then right click on mysqld and select Properties.

d: In the tab Connection Check "Allow service to interact with desktop"

e: Click on Apply to confirm all configurations.

Now try to restart the service. It should normally work.

    Hope this information helps.

Thanks but it did not help!

mysqld doas not even exist in services.msc.

Except for software updates from Microsoft and Adobe no change was made on the computer.

Do I have to donwload mysqld-nt.exe from somewhere?
