    Hi,

    1.    Does this issue occur when you play games in Internet Explorer as well?

    2.    What is the exact error message you receive when you play online games?

I would suggest you uninstall and reinstall Shockwave Player and Adobe flash player and check if that helps. Refer the following link to uninstall and reinstall Shockwave Player and Adobe flash player.

If the issue persists then contact Google Chrome support regarding the issue.

To stop Shockwave Flash crashes on Google Chrome, make sure no third party extensions are enabled. Click the Wrenchicon on the top right hand side, select Tools | Extensions. Disable all third party extensions, if any.

Then clear your browser history, cache contents, temporary internet files and other stuff. It will free-up the disk space and fix Shockwave crashing problem on Chrome.

Click Wrenchagain, select Tools | Clear Browsing Data. In the new page, select the beginning of time option from the drop down box, and click Clear Browsing Data button.
