If you have 32-bit Windows 7, download Scangear CS from your regional Canon site.

If you have 64-bit Windows 7 there is no driver and you need a new scanner unless you have Professional or Ultimate when you can install the 32-bit XP scanner driver in XP Mode.

This answer is inaccurate. Canon released a Windows 7 x64 driver for this product in 2009. That same driver works in Windows 8.1 also currently.
