Why can't Konica Minolta make an x86 driver for win7, it would be so easy for them to do?

I meant to say it is a 64 bit windows version, and the manufacturer says they don't make drivers for 64 bit win7. Please inform me if there is a driver available for the win7 64 bit OS, thank you.

The page from my previous post also has 64 bit drivers for Windows 7 - they are at the very bottom of the page.

Windows 7 64 bit drivers for the PagePro 1350W:

Have you tried these Windows 7 32 bit drivers for the 1350W:

Install the drivers before connecting the printer to your computer. After installing connect the printer, if it’s still not recognized:

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Install-a-printer

    Try the Printer Troubleshooter

    1. Click the Start button, then click Control Panel
    2. In the search box, type troubleshooter
    3. Then click Troubleshooting
    4. Under Hardware and Sound, click "Use a printer"

I am very grateful, the drivers for 64 bit operating system fworked perfectly, I was even able to put the new printer online in my work group with my xp desktop at home. I do not know how to thank you enough. The person I purchased my Page Pro 1350w second hand from Amazon.com said the only reason he was selling it was because he just purchased a 64 bit computer that could not run the 32 bit xp drivers with his new computer and since I was still using xp windows and I liked the konika minolta model which I started using several years ago I was very happy to get a second one  and I thought I was going to have to buy a new printer once I finally purchased a windows 7 machine. I will visit this site again and again I give you guys my compliments for great help.

Thank you for the very prompt reply, I made an error in stating that the new computer I need the drivers for the minolta-konica 1350w page pro was a windows 7 32 bit machine, I meant to say it is a 64 bit windows version, and the manufacturer says they don't make drivers for 64 bit win7. Please inform me if there is a driver available for the win7 64 bit OS, thank you.
