I have an HP Deskjet F2480 scanner printer copier. The printer works but the scanner does not. Any help?

I have not problem printing from my computer but the scanner is not being recognized.

    Also, you don't mention how you installed the F2480 but if you didn't download and install the Deskjet Full Feature software and drivers from HP you may want to uninstall the printer and install it using their download:  http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&lc=en&product=3811337&
