iii.    Double click on “Font” folder.

iv.    Copy the “Zawgyi-One-20051130.ttf” file and paste it to the “Font” folder above and finish the font installation.

4.    Keyboard Driver Installation

a.    Open the “ZawgyiKb_installer_I” folder under “ZawGyiFont”Folder

b.    Double Click “ZawgyiKb.msi” file and installation is completed.

c.    You sill need to set up Zawgyi Myanmar Keyboard driver to type using Zawgyi Myanmar font.

5.    ZawGyi Myanmar keyboard setup

6.    Testing Zawgyi Myanmar Font

a.    Open a blank word document.

b.    Select Zawgyi-One in “Font” drop down list.

c.    Type some words, and try Ctrl+Shift OR Alt+Shift to toggle between Burmese and English. (NOTE: Either Ctrl+Shift OR Alt+Shift will work as toggle mode. You can set up this key combo as the way you want by pressing “Change Key Sequence” button in Input Locales

I got to 'b.    Double Click “ZawgyiKb.msi” file and installation is completed.' but then I always get the error message 'Installation Incomplete The installer was interupted before Zawgyi Myanmar Unicode Keyboard could be installed'

I keep clicking ZawgyiKb.msi again and again but I keep getting the same error message.

Can anyone help?

Please?

    Hi,

    Thank you for replying.

To perform method 2, click on ‘Start’ button.  In the Start search box, type ‘Run’ and then type in the commands given in method 2.  This is to unregister and re-register Windows Installer.

Clean boot is booting a computer with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. Typically when you start your computer, it loads many files and programs to customize your environment. A clean boot eliminates these optional features and loads only those files and programs that are absolutely required by the operating system.

     Thank you

    Hi,

I would suggest you to follow these methods and check.

Method 1: Start the Windows Installer service

    a. Click Start, type services.msc and press {ENTER}

    b. Double-click Windows Installer

    c. Set the Startup type of Windows Installer to Manual

    d. Click Start to start the service. Note down the error message if any.

    e. Click OK.

Method 2: Unregister and re-register the Windows Installer to do that follow the steps provided below.

     a. Click Start, click Run, type MSIEXEC /UNREGISTER, and then click OK. Even if you do this correctly, it may look like nothing occurs.

    b. Click Start, click Run, type MSIEXEC /REGSERVER, and then click OK. Even if you do this correctly, it may look like nothing occurs, or you may briefly see an hourglass. After you run this command, the operation is complete.

    c. Now try to install the keyboard driver again..

Method 3:  Perform a Clean Boot and then try to install the driver and check.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 Note: Make sure that you perform “step 7” in the link above to boot your computer normally.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.
