1. Have you made any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
2. Have you tried using any external monitor?
3. How does the monitor looks when you see the Windows Startup screen?
Perform the following troubleshooting methods:
Method 1:
Boot the computer in safe mode and check how the monitor works.

Method 2:
If the brightness of the monitor is good in safe mode, then the issue might be with the graphics card.
I would suggest you to update the graphics card drivers from the manufacturer’s website and then check if this helps.

Method 3:
