Hi,

I am using Vista home basic SP2, 32bit system.

6T04 is the target Adapter. In the Device Manager window it is reported "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available." The device driver required is windows\system32\DRIVERS\tunnel.sys .

Problem: Very slow loading of the windows explorer and IE also.

When tried to upgrade the device driver, MS found no solution and reported the the driver is uptodate.

Plz help anyone how to getthe Adapter working properly.

thnks

    Hi,

Please follow the method below to check if the issue gets fixed.

    Method:

a)Click on “Start” menu Control Panel.

    b)Go to Device Manager .

c)Right Click on both - UNINSTALL  - REBOOT

Nothing else to do, Windows will do the rest. And you can ignore the errors altogether

If you wish and on some computers it will always be there but cause no problems.

On a Windows Vista-based computer or on a Windows Server 2008-based computer,

the Microsoft ISATAP adapter appears with a yellow exclamation mark next to it in

Device Manager, and you also receive an error message
