How do I refresh my browser on my Facebook page?

Game on Facebook isn't working,no sound, buildings disappearing,etc. How do i refresh my page? I've try just restarting the game but don't know if that's what they meant...

    The way you refresh any page on the Internet is to click the round arrow to the right of the address box near the upper left of your browser window.

    Ha,now i feel stupid...I though that was what they meant,but when i did that nothing happen so i though they must mean something else. Thanks 4 the quick help,have a great day...
