To whom it may concern. i am wanting to fix an issue with my office suite on my desktop. what happened is the desktop's internal power supply failed and tripped the home's circuit. I have installed a brand new one but now the full office suite will not run properly unless it is launched in safe mode via the run command. if i run office normally, it will open for a few seconds then crash. how do i fix this?

Which version of Office? Assuming it's 2019/365, go to your Add/Remove Programs ( "Apps and Features" these days), find the Office suite, click Modify and run a Quick Repair. This will fix most issues. Failing that, a Full Repair is available, which will effectively wipe and reinstall the software so you'll have to reactivate it.

After repairing Office if the issue still existed, I suggest you uninstall Office and re-install Office:
