    Hi,

    1. No I have not made any changes to my computer except for windows updates since I last burned DVD's and Blu-rays using windows program, about 1.5 months ago. I have probably burned over 500 DVD's in the last two years with a 1% fail rate. I use ProShow Producer to create an iso file which I burn from and test. I use Tayo JVC professional DVD's and have had a very low fail rate, until the latest error noted above/below. I close all applications and other items before I burn DVD's and check with the Windows task manager that there are no other programs running in the background. I also turn off all anti virus software. The issue comes up sometimes, and not others. Error rate seems to be about 40%. The error comes at the end of the burn process.

My computer is an HP customized Entertainment laptop I have had for nearly two years HPE180t. I checked to make sure all drivers were up to date and all the software is up to date, and I did HP system scan and no errors were noted.. It has a hp blu-ray/DVD player/burner. Also an Intel i7 Q820 processor and Nvidia video processor.

I tried again first thing this morning (12/9) to burn a DVD and the error message came up the first time - The Disc IMage didn't burn siuccessfully because an error code occurred. The Drive returned error information that could not be recovered from. (Errror Code: 0xC0AA0301).

    Help! Thanks, Harry Ford, ******@aol.com
