i cannot win widows 7 solitiare.

i cannot win widows 7 solitiare.  it is impossible.  my old windows xp could be one about 1-12 games.  i have played over 70 on this set up. extremely frustrating.  is this someone at microsofts subtle "get back to work" message?

it is impossible to win windows 7 solitaire.  i have played over 75 games!  i am not stupid.  i usually won 1 in 12 on the windows xp version.  have you a) left out cards, b) installed some "tweak" so you can't win?  it is too frustrating!

Thanks for posting in Microsoft answers!

There have been no changes with Solitaire game in Windows 7. It is still the same as it was in Windows XP.

We tried to replicate the same scenario here on our computer and it seems that you can win the Solitaire game in Windows 7.

    This is a similar situation for me. With 844 games played and 61 wins, the percentage is quite low of 7% using the Klondike method of solitaire. I know i'm not that good at the game, but I remember getting far higher winnable games from the XP and 2000 WinOS'.

    Games just not as fun as it used to be; i do find myself using the undo cheat and still getting unwinnable hands with constant 'new games' I think there should be an update to this card game.

    Thanks for bringing this up.  I am having the same problem.  winning about 5 out of 100.  It is very frustrating.   I have even opened a game, closed it, opened a game, closed it for about 50 times, just trying to reshuffle the cards in hopes that I may be able to win.  With real cards, I always do much better.  Come on MS.  This can be fixed to emulate more closely to real life cards.  I don't like playing other games, and I used to find this relaxing.  But I am getting tired of losing.

    I'm using Windows 7 64-bit.

    Solitare for sure has a bug and most of the times makes it impossible to win.

    I even tried using only hints to see if the computer would make it possible to win, but still with same result - no win.

    Please fix this.
