    Hi,

    ·         What is the make and model of the computer?

    ·         What update have you download?

I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

    Method 1:

Try install the Qualcomm Atheros AR9285 as administrator and check if the issue persists. Follow this steps:

    a.       Right click on the setup file of the game that you are trying to install.

    b.      Select “Run as administrator”. And try installing it.

    Method 2:

If the above step fails follow these steps restart computer in clean boot and check if the issue persists. Follow “step 1” in the link to enable to clean boot:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Follow the step 7 from the article to “Reset the computer to start as usual”, after performing the clean boot troubleshooting.

If you are using Hp computer have a look at the link:

This driver has problems in general.

I've been told by microsoft to re-install windows 7 x64 hpe as a means to resolve the wireless driver issues. Device manager will incorrectly show the driver to be working fine but the icon in the task bar will be showing that it's disconnected. Switching the wireless on / off buton on the side of the laptop doesn't work either. But yet when I re-install windows 7 the driver works fine. Until eventually again the same thing happens all over again. I have no idea what is causing the issue other than buggy hardware / software.
