    Hi,

Run a complete virus scan on your compuer.

    Microsoft Safety Scanner

    http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-au/default.aspx

Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner expires 10 days after being downloaded. To rerun a scan with the latest anti-malware definitions, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again. It also performs check disk and you may lose amount of data.

    Hi,

    1.     Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?

    2.     Were you able to access it before?

You may follow the suggestions and see if it helps.

    Method 1

    Run System File Checker tool.

How to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows Vista or on Windows 7

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

    Method 2

Check if the issue exists in a new user account.

    Create a user account

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Create-a-user-account

If the issue doesn’t persist in a new user account, you may refer the article below to fix corrupted user account.
