Never "assume!" You need t check with the monitor maker to make use the monitor can do HDCP. Also check with Intel and make sure your video card is HDCP.
WinDVD Pro 11 will not allow Blu-Ray with Intel display driver
WinDVD Pro 11 gives message "playback with current display driver is not supported." I have downloaded patch from Corel and latest driver for Intel HD Graphics.

2012-03-20T19:26:19+00:00 My monitor is connected by an HDMI cable, so I assume the card is compliant. The Intel HD Graphics card came installed on my computer and according to Intel, it is Blu-ray compatible. Any other thoughts?

2012-03-20T18:53:22+00:00 Blu-Ray playback requires HDCP compliant compatible video card and monitor. You need make sure that the video card is HDCP ready and that the monitor is connected by a "digital" ready HDCP ready connection such as DVI or HDMI.

2012-03-20T17:51:13+00:00 Thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately I had already tried all of them before. The problems are with the Corel software and my computer and seem not to be resolvable by Corel. I will be returning the software and try a different product. Thanks for the help.
