    Hi BusterDog,

    1. Which game are you trying to play?

Some games need the assistance of graphic cards to enhance the video quality and provide optimal performance while playing the game.

These graphic card drivers need to be updated on a regular basis.

    Method 1 –

****You need to follow the article mentioned below for common game performance issues-

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Fixing-game-performance-problems

You need to follow Method 2 if the Method mentioned above does not help.

    Method 2 –

You need to manually update the Graphics Card drivers.

To do so, you need to follow the steps mentioned below-

    a) Click “Start” and Right Click on “Computer” and select “Manage”.

    b) Double click on “Device Manager” on the left hand bar and then expand “Display Adapters” in the list.

    c) Right Click on the option underneath “Display Adapters” and select “Update Driver Software”.

    d) Select “Search Automatically for updated driver software”.

    e) Wait for it to update the driver and restart the computer.

    f) Check if the issue is fixed.

Additionally, you may refer the link mentioned below for assistance –

You may also download the graphics card driver from the link mentioned below in case none of the steps help fix the issue –

    Hope this helps!!
