I was able to fix the toolbox problem. Here is what I did I did system restore back to the time I redownloaded the printer software.

Then I went to the C:\ProgramData\Hewlett-Packaed\ToolboxFX\Settings

Then I deleted all the info in the Settings folder.

Then the Toolbox worked and the error messages went away.

So by doing system restore to a date before I downloaded the toolbox software that didn't work I think I just eliminated that software

    Thank for you concern.

    Jim

    Hi,

    1.    May I know the printer make and model?

    2.    Did you make any changes to the computer before the issue occurred?

    3.    When was the last time computer worked fine?

    4.    Is it a wired printer or wireless printer?

Method 1: Perform clean boot using the suggestions mentioned in the following link and check functionality.

**NOTE:**After you check the functionality in clean boot configure Windows to use Normal startup using the step 7 suggested in the above mentioned link.

You may refer the following link and check.
