In response to your reply to Beckie Marsh on Mar 7:

1 & 2.       My wireless networked printer would not print anything yesterday.  It had been several days since I last used it.  When I checked the printer queue, the document gets spooled, and status switches to printing momentarily. But, nothing reaches the printer.  Then the queue clears.  Checking the Device Manager shows a yellow triangular flag.  Checking the device driver shows a device status message "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"

    3.         Added some new add-ons to Firefox v11.

    4.         I assume the printer queue uses this device to transfer data to the wireless printer.

I have been trying Microsoft, Intel and Dell Support sites to find a fix.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the device three times at the suggestion of the troubleshooting processes at each support site.  Same result each time.  As Ms. Marsh wrote ............HELP
