Volmgrx.sys causing blue screen?

I got a BSOD multiple times in the past few hours stating "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" The code seems to be 0x00000050.

Upon looking at BlueScreenView, I noticed under "Caused by Driver" the name volmgrx.sys along with "Caused by Address"  volmgrx.sys+3bfd0 It would seem Volmgrx is causing my BSOD outbreak, how do I go about fixing this...hopefully without spending money and without a Vista install disk because my computer came pre installed with Vista. As I run in safe mode...I dont seem to have any problems due to the fact its a sound driver and there is no sound in safe mode for me it seems.

(I also ran the Memory Diagnostic Tool and nothing was wrong)

(I also made a non CD vista installer a while ago thanks to a windows support agent, I cant do a  in place upgrade and yet to try clean install, maybe I'll have to do a clean install if I cant find a solution.)

Heres what BlueScreenView said about the BSODs

See the resolutions in this link:

    Bug Check 0x50: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff559023(v=vs.85).aspx

You can try disabling your sound device in Device Manager, it should be under "Sound, video and game controllers. Right click on it and click "Disable", if blue screens don't occur then your sound device has problems. You can reenable it back and update its driver:

You may have to download the latest driver from your computer manufacturer's support site:

Disabled everything under sound and I still got the BSOD so I went back in Safe Mode.

Ran a virus scan for my anitvirus program in Safe Mode and got nothing wrong so I ruled out possible malware problems.

In safe mode I typed chkdsk /f and then chkdsk /r then restarted, went through the chkdsk upon restart and going into normal mode after like 5 mintues or so the BSOD comes on, this is latest BSOD I got after doing the chkdsk. Back in safe mode, safe and sound.
