I solved the same issue today 3/april/2012 after installing a Apple Express wifi access point. The previous versions did not force installation of bonjour (left option), but was no longer W7_x64 compatible. The new version for the driver downloads bonjour automatically, which I removed immediately when I had noticed this.

    Then the error message above.

I simply uninstalled airport and all devices still work.

I was having this same problem, with Windows 7. I tried doing a re-installation of the AirPort Utility and rebooted the computer, the error message still popped up. So, I uninstalled the AirPort Utility and yes the error message went away after rebooting. So then I re-installed the AirPort Utility and rebooted again and the error did NOT return.

    Hi,

    1. Have you installed iTunes on your computer?

    2. Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

Try the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

Perform clean boot and check if it helps.

How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" state : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353

Note: Once you are done with the troubleshooting, perform the steps in “Steps to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state “ to reset computer as usual.

    Method 2:

Perform System File Checker and check if it helps.

Description of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 System File Checker (Sfc.exe) : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310747
