    When I tried to open Skype it faded and a message appeared...skype closing down with a problem.  I un installed skype and downloaded it again with the same result...windows will look for a solution..,No solution forthcoming.

    I am using Windows Vista Home Premium because if I use any later windows my computer graphics card blacks out the screen periodically.

    I really need help installing the latest version of Skype which is 5.9.

    I don't know what version I had last year but it worked perfectly, now all of a sudden I DL the update and Windows pops up with fatal installation Error: 1603 and Insufficient Privileges.

    I am logged in Administrator and I checked the Skype folder and I have full control.

    So, what is the problem?

    I've uninstalled and tried to re-install and I keep getting the same errors. 

    Please, please someone help me.
