Hello,

I need to install an vb.net windows application in a server machine WINDOWS 7 ultimate. Application has to be accessed from client machines through REMOTE DESKTOP CONNECTION.

Am able to access the application only from one system.

If i try to access from second PC, the first PC which connects to server automatically logs out and also the server logs out.

I have set Limit number of connections as 10 in Connections under Remote Desktop Session Host under local group policy editor.

How to increase the connection size?

How to make my application (installed in server) to run in different sessions for the connected user instead of single session?

It's urgent.

Thank you

Jayanthi

By default, Windows 7 doesn’t support multiple Remote Desktop sessions. There are 3rd party patches/mods/programs that allows you to have concurrent desktop sessions such as this one.

I've never used it before, so can't vouch for it, but if it is necessary to have multiple RDP sessions on a machine, I am really not sure of another way,

Windows 7 is not a server grade Windows.  You will only have a single Remote Desktop connection which will automatically disconnect the "server's" session.   You will also only can have a maximum of "10" concurrent "shared" access folders / printers.   Windows 7 is not designed to act as a server.

You will need to consider getting a "true" Windows Server with "Terminal Services" / Remote Desktop license.
