Hi,

1. Which Operating System is installed on the computer?

2. Are you trying to import photos from the memory stick to the computer?

Follow the steps mentioned below:

a. Create a new folder by name photos on the desktop

b. Try connecting the Memory stick to the computer through a USB port.

c. Click on Start go to My Computer

d. Drag the pictures one by one from the flash drive to the photos folder on the desktop

Note: you can also use right click copy and paste, or ctrl+c to copy and ctrl+v to paste.

e. When all of the pictures have been copied from the flash drive to the computer, right click the flash drive and select eject from the right click menu.
