What ərror are you getting while trying to install updates?

What browser (exact version) you are using.

What other antimalware products are installed and running?

Is a 3rd party firewall being used in place of the native Windows firewall ?

Which Fix it ?

If the issue has ever happened before with other updates.

Which Windows Update Fix are you referring to? Please post the link.

Is this what you tried <Microsoft Fix it 50195>, if not, pləase do it might help

A KB has been created for the 0X800A138F or error code 800A138F that appears when you use the Windows Update or Microsoft Update Web sites to install updates. The KB includes an automatedMicrosoft Fix it 50195 that corrects the issue. Look at the following KB: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;326253>

Suggest you download and save the Fix it.

Then close all open programs and browsers prior to running MSFix it 50195.msi.
