How to view dump files ? Can these files be opened by notepad or something else.

Blue screen appears many times a day from about a week or more.

I have checked my RAMs also and put them one by one but it didn't solve anything.

Is it a problem of hard disk ?? or Drivers or OS or whatever ??

I think there is no problem with the memory, I have bought a new one and tested it which was a fine one but the blue screen doesn't disappear. And I cannot read all the information of the blue screen.

I need real help.

I am also sending the dump files.

I would'nt use any third party optimiser, Comodo Program Manager, the use of such tools can cause unintended consequences.

I would suggest uninstalling it then see how your system performs.

This utility can be used to view dmp files http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

Have you also run memory diagnostics?

What date does properties for win32k.sys show, and where is the file located?

    Comodo Program Manager

What do you think this is saying?

Built-in scanner warns you if you are about to install malware

When a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) system failure occurs for most users there is insufficient time to note down in full what it says; the exact text is important to anyone trying to diagnose what is wrong. You can gain the time needed when the error next occurs by following the procedure described below.

If you haven't done so already disable automatic restart on system failure. This should help by allowing time to write down the Stop Error code and related information properly. Select Start, right click on Computer select Properties, Advanced System Settings, Start-Up and Recovery, System Failure and uncheck the box before Automatically Restart. Do not re-enable automatic restart on system failure after getting this information as this setting is best left to not to allow Automatic Restart.

    Hi,

    1. Were there any changes made on the computer prior to the issue?
    2. Do you get any error message? If yes, what is the complete and exact error message?

I would suggest you to refer the article and check if it helps:
