Where can i download System Update Readiness tool (Checksur.exe) for windows Vista 32-bit?

Windows update was giving me problems and would not install 5 of the updates due to an error  on searching for a solution i found that I need to download  System Update Readiness tool (Checksur.exe) but the only ones available are for 64-bit and 86-bit systems. Mine is a 32-bit system from where can i download System Update Readiness tool (Checksur.exe)?

    the only ones available are for 64-bit and 86-bit systems. Mine is a 32-bit

    32 bit is the same as "x86" so you can use the x86 one.
