Not a Windows 7 Hardware and Drivers question.  You should refer to the manufacturer of the drive in question for such questions with DEFINITIVE answers... Or use Google.

That search alone leads me to believe you likely have a Dell system with this drive in it and that drive is a 16X DVD+/-RW SATA drive.   Meaning you could use any CD-RW, CD-R, DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW or DVD+RW media that you desire.  Name brand, etc. are choices you have to make.
