    I'm trying to redeem my xbox live card for my son but it's not working 

    I think he was reported but we are not sure why?  I was in the living room when my son and another player got into an argument but it wasn't violent at all.  So I'm not sure if that was the reason my son was reported or what the problem is.  Here's the error code I get when I try to redeem my card
