    Not sure if this will answer your question....

    Right click on an open space of the taskbar. One of the options on the popup box is Task Manager.

    Hi,

    Also you can use CTRL + SHIFT + ESC  (hold CRTL and SHIFT down and touch ESC)

    or CTRL + ALT + DEL (hold CTRL and ALT down and touch DEL) - select Task Manager.

    Right Click the TaskBar - Task Manager

    The Task Manager program is found in:

    C:\Windows\System32\taskmgr.exe

    I think that is what you are really after.
