HOW CAN I FIX THE ERROR CODE(-1073741515).AND WHAT IS THIS CODE BECAUSE I CANT PUT ANY DISK IN WITHOUT GETTING THIS ERROR

A.     What drivers are you trying to update?

B.     Who is your computer manufacturer?

If you are unable to install the drivers from the CD, you may download and install the drivers directly from the manufacturer’s website.

    1. First, You have to translate signed decimal code value into hex: -1073741515 is 0xC0000135. If in Windows 7, use Windows Calculator for that (in programmer's mode).
    2. Second, you go to MSDN:http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc704588(v=prot.10).aspx and search for "C0000135". In a moment you get the meaning of this code:

    0xC0000135

    STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND

    {Unable To Locate Component} This application has failed to start because %hs was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

    1. In this very case, you can use Dependancy Walker ( http://www.dependencywalker.com/ /) to locate missing DLL.

    Hey, sorry to bother you.

    I am getting the same error code: 1073741515. and the other problem was that it kept saying that i am missing dwmapi.dll whenever i am trying to download something to fix the problem and the error code comes out, and if i dont have the .dll then i wont have anything on my desktop(as in all black nothing at all, no startup menu, nothing) and that i cant start up any program. Now i can only go on the internet. Please help.

    thats the code i keep getting it wont even let me update im getting the error when i try to update drivers and when i try to put a cd in im wondering if my computer had a crash

    A.     Are you getting any error message apart from the error code?

    B.     When exactly are you getting the error?

    C.     Did you make any recent changes on the computer?

    D.     Could be please be more specific as to what you are trying to accomplish?
