What is the make and model of your computer. It's a little cumbersome to try and determine the motherboard installed in your computer without opening it up or using third party software....ubuntu is one that comes to mind. If all you are trying to do is determine what audio driver you need, you will be better served by visiting your computer manufacturer's website.

2012-04-08T14:22:02+00:00 I went to IBM but the make and model you gave me did not help much. Your best bet is to dowmload and run the belarc pc advisor from the link below and it will tell you the exact make and model of your mobo. It will also tell your if you are missing any security updates.
