I have a laptop which cannot be connected to the internet after I have recently installed the Windows XP OS as I need to re-format my harddisk.

Can someone advise me what can I do next ?  I have check the device manager and found that there is no network adapter connected at all.

I have tried to re-install the Windows XP OS but the problems still persist.

Thanks a lot.

    Hi,

What is the make and model of your laptop?

I would suggest you to download and install the latest drivers for network adapters from the manufacturer’s website which is compatible with windows XP.
