Where do I find accessories in Windows 7?

The Accessories Folder is in the same location as XP and Vista.

Click the Start Menu --> Click All Programs --> Click Accessories.

Also, if you know the name of the program you can type it in the search box on the bottom of the start menu, and it should appear.

You don't. Windows 7 does not have the same Start menu structure as WinXP. Just type the name of the app you want to use in search box.
