I have a(n) Coby 828 mp3 player and I have no problem sending any type of file to it from my laptop. However, I cannot seem to send audio files from the mp3 player to my laptops media player in order to burn some music to a CD. Is there some way to do this or am I just S.O.L.?

    Hi,

    1. What happens when you try to send mp3 files to computer?
    2. Do you receive any error message?

    Follow these steps and check.

    a. Connect the mp3 player to my computer via USB cord.

    b. Once connected, either a pop-up will appear asking what you want to do.

    c. Click on open files to view. If no pop-up, go to My Computer and you should see it listed as a removable media/ drive. d. Open and then drag and drop or copy and paste to where you want them on your computer.
