    Hi jetncat,

    Yes it will run that way. However, what will happen is it will open a command line window, run the command, and then immediately close the window. You won't be able to review it's findings that way. Best way would be to open a command line window first, then use the command.

    And make sure you use "chkdsk /f" and not "chkdsk/f"
