what antivirus do you guys recommend besides windows defender?

I heard McAfee is good, but I don't know if I should get it. Let me know the best possible option besides windows defender which I am already using.

    In general, Windows Built-in Windows Defender is enough for our computer security protection, once we install other third-party security/Antivirus software, defender will be disabled. Our computer still use only one security software.
    McAfee, Kaspersky or Symantec are common security antivirus software, I ever used Symantec which has few influence on system performance, but now I only use Windows Defender, because it is free and simple.
    Choose what you like, I think popular antivirus are similar.

    But Windows Defender has been a lot improved during last years and is very good now as free antivirus
