Cannot find drivers for Sony DSC-F505V 2.6MP Digital Camera

Microsoft says that I do not need a driver for this Camera as it is compatable with Windows 7.  Windows 7 finds the item and identifies it as Sony DSC but cannot find a driver for it.  What am I missing?

    Hi,

    1. Are you facing any issue with Digital Camera?
    2. What is the exact error message or error code?
    3. What happen when you connect the Digital Camera?

    I would suggest you to refer the following Microsoft article and check if it helps.

    Open the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Open-the-Hardware-and-Devices-troubleshooter

    Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isnt-working-properly

    The camera is compatible to Windows 7 and it should be able to use the camera once you able to use the camera.
