This is listed as being compatible with Windows 7 on the Microsoft website, but it won't work with our new Windows 7 computer. Does anyone know if there is a patch or something to download to correct this compatability issue?

It's a Linksys product.  Even if Microsoft comes out and says "it should work", it is Linksys' choice whether or not they choose to support it.

    Official Product Page:

You might *try* the instructions for connecting it to Vista - but it just may be time to spend the $25-$75 and get something that doesn't mention USB 1.0/1.1 or Windows 98SE/ME/2000 like they should still be supported (or that you need at least a 200Mhz processor.) ;-)

Download the driver from the ASIX site as in http://www.asix.com.tw/FrootAttach/driver/AX88772A\_760\_772\_Win7\_64bit\_Driver\_v3.14.3.6\_WHQL.zip -- they also have a 32-bit driver.
