How do I unblock a sender in Outlook express

I have some block how do I unblock them in out look express When I click block sender list I do Not  see a list ,Help me

    I have blocked the sender by mistake

    and yes it goes into deleted items

    Go to: Tools | Message Rules | Blocked Senders and remove the address.

    Are you actually using Outlook Express in XP or earlier?  If not, please start your own new thread in the forum for your email program.

    If you go to: Tools | Message Rules | Blocked Senders List, there is nothing listed? What happens when you get a message from this person? Does it go to Deleted Items?
