How can I use windows photo gallery to create a collage. I downloaded the 2011 version and use 2007 on my laptop. I tried the option to merge photo's but it is obviously not the correct obtion.

Hi Everyone,

The feature to create collage is now available in Windows Photo Gallery 2012. You can download the latest version here. Click Download now under Get Windows Essentials.

Once you have downloaded Windows Photo Gallery 2012, please follow the steps below to create your own collage.

Select the photos you'd like to include in your collage.
Click Create tab and select Auto Collage option and select one of five collage sizes. Photo Gallery will then automatically create a collage with those images. TheCreating your collage dialog displays the progress of the collage. You can stop the Auto Collage feature to return to the last image selected.
Save the collage.

Note: The Auto Collage feature requires a minimum of seven still images. You can select up to 50 still images. Videos and other media file types are not supported by the Auto Collage feature.

Hi alidavillet,

As of now, we currently don't have a feature in Windows Live Photo Gallery that will allow you to make a collage. However, Windows Live Photo Gallery has the ability to use plug-ins with this you can use the AutoCollage by downloading it from this **link**.
