    You have a Logitech device (keyboard, mouse, webcam, etc.) somewhere on your system, I'm assuming - go to the Logitech website and download the drivers for the hardware. When it installs, it should install the correct DLL and eliminate the error.

    If you do not have any Logitech hardware, it will be a bit more in depth to get rid of it.
