Outlook - Set of folders cannot be opened The attempt to log on Microsoft Exchange has failed

Dear all,

Today some users informed us that they cannot access they archive mailbox.

We have one exchange server with the current mailbox and a second one for archive (online archive).

We run Exchange server 2016 CU19.

We saw that the drive of the exchange archive was full so we extended it.

I can read my archived email because I had only few email on it but not the other users that have much more than me.
Do you think that we need to wait some re indexing ? How can we check the status ?

    Hi, @Daystiney

    Is the archive server a physical server or virtualized?

    I would suggest checking via OWA first to see if the archive mailbox can be accessed.
    If OWA works fine, please try recreating the Outlook profile and see if it works for you.
